hi april,
one cannot judge it by using exclusively objective methods. it is definitely the whole appearance of a woman i.e. height, built, sometimes even such fine details as the colour of her hair -which all play an important part when deciding on the size. This is best done in person with a good surgeon. need of one? Br, wabi beauty team

Dear April:
sorry to say - but it's a matter of experience.
Projection of the breast, weight, texture and stability of the soft tissue coverage, all this comes into the equation.
Good initial assessment would be measuring the width of the breast, add 1-1,5 cm to it to account for the larger proportion of the implant's base, add the height (relative to the neck-nipple-distance), and the desired push - well, that's a three-dimensional value.
And this has to be measured and demonstrated physically to you.
Good news: a simulation is indeed possible.
Come in and find out!
Regards,
Dr. Ludger Meyer
