Dear Mr. Irishpd,
I must repeat a consultation by your Practitioner is important to clear if you have really a Gynecomatia or not, because the treatment is not only to takeaway the glands, after the operation they must undergo an Histological examination because they could be malign degenerate. The true gynecocmastia can be operated on your country and your Health assurance can pay it. If it is a simpel pseudogynecomastia, then this is an aesthetic operation and you can search the most cheap Clinic a possible because you have to pay yourself for it and this a very simpel thing. The solution is a Liposution. But do not forget if you have too much skinrest after the liposution you need a plastie of the skin in order to get a flat chest. I wish you luck.

Dear Mr Irishpd,
your are talking about a Gynecomastia with gland remove. At the first you must take an examination by your Practitioner with a sonographie of the glands in order to determine if you have really a Ganecomastia, if yes this operation will be paid from almost all Health Insurance in evey country because this is a sikness.
But if you have a Pseudogynecomastia the treatmente is simply, a liposuction in local anaesthesia is enough, if the skin is too large a skinresection a la Benelli is necesary.

In this letter you will find information about the gynecomasty at our Laderma Clinic in Prague, Czech Republic.

First of all, we would kindly ask you to send us photographs of your breast from the front and from the side, for Dr. Cerna to have a clear idea about your requirements and the potential operation.

The total cost for the removing of the mammary gland (gynekomasty):
- The operation 1900,-€

regarding to procedure we would recommend you only by liposuction please It can be done in tumescent local anaesthesia no hospital stay in Prague one day next day you can leave home no stitches for 14 days pants keep it on to be removed only for personal hygiene.
Or specialist for tumescent liposuction is Dr. Paduch who did also mien liposuction :)
Price is 1320€ The price includes, operation and all medical costs as anaesthesia, preliminary diagnostics hospital stay, complete medication, bandages and/or elastic pants (one piece) .
On the same day morning at 7:30 laboratory blood exams.
In the midday when result will come we start with procedure .
First infiltration of tumescent local anaesthesia .
30 minutes to start the effect
After that start with liposuction .
