Striae

Those are tiny scars in the skin caused by thinning and loss of elasticity of the subdermis and the damage of collagen fibers cluster. They occur by sudden expansion of the skin e.g. during pregnancy, fitness training or noticeable weight gain. They form mainly on the belly, hips and breasts.
