Face-lift (Rhytidectomy), SMAS face-liftFacelift is a surgery that lifts the facial skin, sometimes even neck – necklift, by removal of excessive skin, subcutaneous fat and by making the fibrous tissue more firm. It is performed mostly under general anesthesia, it takes 1,5 to 3 hours. Hospitalization takes 1 day, the head bandage is removed in 3 to 5 days, recovery process takes usually 1-2 weeks, great physical strain is possible in a month.
