Cosmetician Plastic and aesthetic surgeries:

Aptos – method used to stretch the loose skin on face and neck without scalpel.

Aptos clue is made of polypropylene and it features counter - direction teeth all along its length. This structure allows the clue to get caught in hypodermis. Lifting ( skin stretching ) is then achieved by dragging the clue in hypodermis and also because of the reactive formation of tissues around the clue.

Clues are introduced to hypodermis at local narcosis using a special cannula or needle.

Surgery is very quick, ambulatory (client is leaving home immediately after the surgery). There are no scars as a result of this surgery, only a petty punctures in skin, visible during first days after surgery. Face edema or outbursts are not as noticeable as after standard lifting, disappearing within 1-2 weeks after surgery.

Suitable clients for this method are younger clients at the age from 30 to 50, with initial signs of loose skin in forehead, eyebrow, face and neck areas. Where excess of loose skin is noticeable, it is better to carry out standard lifting treatment to improve the final effect of the surgery and bring even more satisfaction to our client.

This method is another possibility how to influence the aging process of face and skin and it supplements other anti-aging methods offered by our clinics ( such as facelift, botox, laser treatment, injection fillers, etc. ).

Laser surgery

A) Surgical laser (Ultrapulse, CO2, coherent, USA):

removing of wrinkles (laser peeling) and benign skin formations (warts, fibroids, papilloma, milia, etc.)

B) Vascular laser (Photoderm VL/PL):

removal of face veins, vascular elements in skin (hemangioma, so called fires)

removal of pigmentation (solar, geriatric, hormonal), tattoos, freckles and spots.

C) Bio-stimulation laser – (Maestro with scanner by Medicom company):

Body contouring – fat reduction

All the fat reduction methods have their benefits and disadvantages. A wide range of these methods offered by our clinic provides for satisfaction of various requirements of our clients. By combining these methods in a single place we can achieve better results than our competitors and be able to react more flexibly to body shaping requirements of our clients.

Mesotherapy

Application of chemical substances to rejuvenate skin and hypodermis for a fresher look.We use the products by Spanish company Skin Tech.

1) Mesolift

Because of skin aging effects, collagen and elastic tissues are eliminated as well as tissue water on face, neck and in lower neck area. Skin is drying, loosing its gloss and strength, slackening and first wrinkles are appearing. Using a thin needle and by surface punctures with a spacing of approx. 1 cm we supply a small amount of hyaluronic acid to skin, as a part of mesotherapy treatment. The acid bounds water and a skin smoothening and stretching effect (mesolift) are achieved. The effect is not permanent, however the treatment may be repeated anytime.

2) Chemical lipolysis - cellulitis treatment and reduction of subcutaneous fat.

Cellulitis treatment options: - liposuction ( fat suction ) - mesotherapy - lymphatic drainage ( manual or ultrasonic – in our clinic ) - diet, massage, cosmetics, sport Mesotherapy, as a method for cellulitis treatment, is carried out once or twice a week, until the noticeable improvement is achieved ( 6 -15 applications ). Maintenance mesotherapy is recommended to be carried out once or twice a month, in combination with other healing methods.

Subcutaneous fat reduction (see body contouring): By a thin sterile needle we apply a small amount of chemical substances into hypodermis dissolving fat in undesirable sections of our body – double chin, arms, abdominal area, hips, gluteus, thighs, knees and calves. For men we also offer mesotherapy application on chest. The treatment is painless. After 2 - 3 days the unpleasant feelings in the puncture area gone. To achieve a noticeable effect, we recommend a series of 4 -10 applications at interval of 1 - 3 weeks. Mesotherapy applied as a fat reduction treatment is an ideal supplement of the standard liposuction.

Peelings

Affects health and look of skin and has positive effects on skin.

1) mechanic peeling ( micro-dermabrasion )

We use a special device Gentle Peel by Medicom.

A stream of soft crystals causes abrasion and peeling of old, deteriorated and dead cells on the skin surface ( face, lower neck, back of hands ).

It is used for coarse and porous skin, to smoothen fine wrinkles, scars after acne, smallpox and pigmentation.

Micro-dermabrasion is successfully combined with chemical peeling and laser gel masque.

2) chemical peeling

We use peeling solutions by a Spanish company Skin Tech, the world leader in the field of chemical peelings and healing cosmetics.

a/ Easy Phytic ( a mixture of alphahydroxy acids – glycolic acid, lacto-acid, phyto-acid )

no skin peeling, quick healing, application for younger clients – acne, sun reactions, pigmentation

b/ Easy TCA ( alphahydroxy acids, trichloroacetic acid, vitamins, antioxidants )

more in-depth effect, after treatment the skin peeling and red effect is noticeable ( recession within 2-3 days ). This treatment is appropriate for skin regeneration ( for clients at the age of 40 or more ), reduction of surface wrinkles and smoothening of face relief ( face, lower neck area, back of hands, etc. ).

c/ Unideep – the same composition as TCA, higher concentration of acids, improved effect.

The treatment also covers application of the healing cosmetics by (after chemical peeling).

3) Laser peeling

Laser beam makes the upper skin layers to evaporate. With our laser device Ultrapulse CO2 ( by US company Coherent – now Lumenis ) we use a heat that is transferred to deeper skin layers. Thermal shrinkage occurs and leads to shortening of collagen and elastic tissues and supports their recreation. We refer this effect to a long - term collagen rejuvenation.

This treatment considerably reduces wrinkles, smoothens and stretches the skin. In contrast to erbium lasers, this effect is long lasting ( 3 – 7 years ).

Petty face treatment ( e.g. wrinkles of upper lip ) is executed at local anaesthesia, while full-face treatment requires general anaesthesia. After the treatment it is necessary to use the recommended creams and cosmetics and protect the skin from sun effects.

Botox - Smoothing out the wrinkles

Botox and Dysport

Using botox applied in small doses in skin, the activity of mimic muscles is reduced, the skin is smoothened and mimic wrinkles disappear.

Face wrinkles filling ( augmentation ) by special fillers

hyaluronic acid – we use a brand new assortment of the Canadian company Prollenium products in the Czech Republic – particularly Revanesse, Redexis ( the highest concentration of hyaluronic acid available in the Czech market ) – 25 mg/ml ( cross-link ) + 25 mg/ ml ( non-cross ) for rejuvenation.

Effect duration: 6 – 12 months

We also use Teosyal product from the Swiss company Teoxane ( with effect duration from 3 to 6 months ).

hydroxylapatite ( HAP ) – Radiesse product by US company Bioform.
