1973-79 Medicine Faculty of the University of J.E. Purkyně in Brno (now named Masaryk University). Graduated as Medicine Doctor (Medicinae Universalis Doctor abrev. MUDr).
Employment
1979-1982 - general surgery - residency on the 1st Surgical Clinic of the St. Annaś University Hospital in Brno, including one year of military service.
From 1982 Clinic of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery of the University Hospital St. Anna in Brno.
From 1992 till 1995 - partially working on the Clinic of plastic surgery and partially consultant for plastic surgery in the Research Institute for Traumatology in Brno
From 1995 the chief of the Clinic of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, St Annaś University Hospital, Brno.

Gender transformation
Transsexualism is a definition for opposite sexual orientation, when a person self-identifies as a member of the gender opposite to the one assigned to him/her at birth – man wants to be a woman and woman wants to be a man.
